Question: Heart Ache!?!!?
I am a young teen and I have a head-ache type feel alover!.!. My heart area, my stomach and my head sometimes feel all stiff!! Maybe I just ate to much!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a 'headache feel'!? do you mean you are sore!? did you exercise in the past few days, in a way that you are not used to!? if this is a sudden onset, and isnt really painful, but uncomfortable, you may have eaten more than you are used to, but if you do feel pain or something feels abnormal (im guessing youve eaten a lot before- did you feel this way then!?) you should tell a parent and then ask that they take you to the er!. you really havent given much info here, so its hard to say, but i would gauge the intensity and decide whether this is something youve experienced beforeWww@Answer-Health@Com
