I need to admit my bulimia.?!


Question: I need to admit my bulimia!.!?
I am bulimic, and it is starting to take a serious toll on my body!. I am always sick, my throat hurts constantly, and I have no energy!. Plus, I keep having dizzy spells and almost passing out!. I know I need help, but saying it out loud is hard!. I want to telll someone and I was considering my minister, but I just don't know how to actually say it out loud to someone, especially someone I know cares for me!. You just did! You made the right move!. Im sooooo proud of you! You just admited your bulimia out loud that is the first step in recovery!. It is a hard road!. You want help but your afraid because you are afraid of gaining weight and the control issue!. Even though you think you are in control you arent!. you will die you already are inside!. Youre teeth will start falling out!. your hair will!. You will age!. You may be beautiful on the outside but on the inside you are dieing!. Please talk to me!. I was there on the verge of death!. i agree!. you need to get help!. its hard to mention any of your "downfalls" out loud!. and mentioning a self induced one is the hardest!. Telling someone other than family first will make it easier to say and there is less of a few of being judged!. Your minister is a good place to start, or, if you are still in high school go to your counsler or health teacher!. Both are well educated and prepared to help you get healthy again! i wish you the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The easiest way to tell someone what you want to get off your chest, is to just start talking to them about it!. Like they say the first step is admit you have a problem and you did! Congrats and be proud of yourself, because now you are on the road of recovery!

You may find it difficult to cope with bulimia when you're hit with mixed messages by the media, culture, and perhaps your own friends or peers!. You may even have heard people joke that they wish they could throw up after overeating
