Answers:
It could be severe acid reflux, it could be ulcers, or it could be gall bladder related!. What is your family member eating before these episodes!? If it's 'fatty' it is probably gall bladder!. If it's fruity or acid, it's probably acid reflux, if it's neither of those disorders, it's probably ulcer!. Have her see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nausea is the *feeling* of throwing up!.
Vomitting is actual throwing up!.

Many things can cause sudden vomitting!. Poisoning is one!. A ruptured appendix is another!. A bad gall bladder will also cause it!. Kidney infections and/or stones, too!. Your family member needs to see a doctor, because these are serious illnesses that require emergency action!. She may not necessarily run a fever with any of these illnesses!.

Acid Reflux will not cause vomitting!. But it will cause a burning sensation, backing up stomach acid into the throat!. But it isn't vomit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Food-poisoning
Nausea
She ate to much
or she was allergic to something she ate

But most likely Acid Reflux, might mean she have to loose Her appendix!.

Not to scare you here how you would know, If you are having an appendix attack, you will not only be in so much pain that you are unable to walk, you will be throwing up greenish/yellow bile that is awful tasting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Labyrinthitis is an inflammation or dysfunction of the vestibular labyrinth (a system of intercommunicating cavities and canals in the inner ear)!. The syndrome is defined by the acute onset of vertigo, commonly associated with head or body movement!. Vertigo is often accompanied by Nausea, vomiting, or malaise

It could be acid reflux, but!.I'd also be worried that she might be reacting to some sort of toxin in her environment!. At any rate, a doctor should be consulted!.

I know you said she isn't pregnant, but how do you know that for sure!? Has she had a pregnancy test!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a number of things!. During my sophomore year I had a similar problem and it turned out to be caffeine poisoning (I was drinking 3 Red Bulls and 6-8 shots of espresso/cups of coffee a day)!. Have your relative look at what she is eating/drinking and mix it up (go simple foods for a while, plain with no sauce)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wanted to die, then!. I wanted to destroy the body I was trapped in, become what she was, no matter what it took!. No matter how much mutilation or pain!. But he looked away, at me!.
