What can I make for my get together?!


Question: What can I make for my get together!?
I am having one of my best friends who I haven't seen in a while over for dinner this sunday!. She has a sensitive stomach however due to a previous stomach ulcer!. What can I make that is tasty but still gentle on her tummy!? (I am allergic to seafood and shellfish so none of that, thanks!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kitty: Most everyone loves roasted chicken and root vegetables!. Just rub the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle on a little salt and pepper and pop in the oven!. It is easy to digest, easy to cook and tasty!. You can also do some form of root vegetable such as potatoes, parsnips, or carrots!. If you want to do it all together, instead of roasting the chicken whole, cut it into pieces, cut up some potatoes and carrots and sprinkle the whole thing with olive oil, salt, pepper and a little rosemary!. Roast on about 425 in your oven for 45 min or until juices in chicken run clear!. There!.!.!.the whole meal in one pan!
If not roast chicken, then why not some chicken soup or chicken with rice or chicken with pasta!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
