How can i lower my cholesterol?????!


Question: How can i lower my cholesterol!?!?!?!?!?
i am an 18 year old female and was told that i have high cholesterol yesterday!.
it was either 234 or 243, i cannot remember for the life of me!
the doctor said it looked like i eat a lot of eggs and beef but here's the thing--i NEVER eat eggs (i despise them) and only eat beef MAYBE once a week!.
she told me to eat fish (i hate any kind of seafood!.!.!.)
Does high cholesterol come partly from genes!?

Cholesterol reading rise when you consume too much cholesterol (eggs, shrimp, liver) or too much dietary fat (beef, fried foods, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, peanut butter, and almost every baked good)!.

Since for you it's not eggs and beef, you need to closely monitor your fat intake!. Read product packaging and either tally it for the day or tally it per item eaten, so that no more than 1/3 of your total calories for the day are from fat!.

This is a pain in the, ah, gazebo!. In a fairly short time, less than a month, you'll probably have a pretty good idea which foods you can have only in very small portions!. If you keep fat to 30% - 34% of total calorie intake for six months, you should see good reduction in cholesterol levels!. If that doesn't do it, you may need medication!.

Oh, and yes, there is a genetic component, too, but it's not working alone!. Usually it's genetics and dietary habits combined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there r a disease called familial hyper cholesterolaemia,1 of your parents should have it,and u need to change your food habits
sea food must be daily if you cant u can use omega fatty acids daily,sports daily is the fastest way to lower your cholesterol and finally you can use statins if sports and omega and diet didn't work out in 6monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com
