Okay so , i 've been reading about herpes lately in my school and such and about maybe a week or so ago i got this pimple on my lip and it doesnt seem to be going away !.I clean it everyday and it still doesnt really seem to be going away !. Me and my ex boyfriend would kiss , alot !. and i dont know if he has it but it could be possible because he just seem like thekind of person who might !. i was with him not too long ago , about a month ago !. but im not sure if this is just a pimple or herpes !. Herpes doesn't occur as a single pimple, there are several small blisters filled with clear fluid!. It is accompanied by an unpleasant itching sensation!. Also, the herpes infection you get on the lips (oral herpes, type 1) is usually acquired in early childhood, and the first infection is much more dramatic than the ones you get later in life (many blisters on the lips and in the mouth - primary infection)!. So if you haven't had herpes before, and you have only one pimple on your lip it is NOT herpes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know a whole lot about herpes but they say it starts out as feeling tingly and then itchy and then really painful!. Go and buy some blistex or something!. There are all kinds of lip ointments that you can buy over the counter that make it go away faster but it could just be a regular pimple!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Herpes are right at the line where your lip meets your skin, but pimples can happen there too!. If it's not at this line-- its probably not herpes!. It also looks different!. Look at some pictures of cold sores (herpes) on the internet and take a look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could just be a pimple, sometimes i get them on my lip!. they're small!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
