There is no vitamin that will remove those birth marks!. In fact, there is nothing known at this time that will other than surgery (if the area is small, obviously)!. My best friend has one on her face, and she's been to drs and everything!. She finally just covers it with a heavy make up she bought at Clinique!. Smart Cover worked for her as well!.
Edit: I wouldn't want to hide it if I had one either, actually!. My friend is pretty vain though, and hers is very big on her face, so it freaks her out!.
Anyway, she has seen a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon about her pws, and they both told her there were really no effective treatments to stop it or make it lighter!. So I don't know of anything else!.
