i just had what you are goin to and what i did was i put moisturizer SPF 15 and lotion and after about a week i was at the beach lol but when it clears up and you get more sun!.!.!.!.be sure you get sun lotionWww@Answer-Health@Com
yeah you have to stay out of the sun because you are going to permanently damage your skin!. Use aloe and wait a couple days then you can go into the sun againWww@Answer-Health@Com
