cleanse your face and then let your face "air dry"!. dont scrub dry it or if you want you can pat dry it but i prefer letting it air dry for a few minutes!. when your skin is slightly damp dab witch hazel all around your face and just let it work its magic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
