It could be a number of different things!. If you are young and in relatively good health and don't have any other symptoms or any heart disease, my best guess would be costochondritis!. This condition is harmless!. It occurs when there is inflammation in the cartilage that connect a rib to your sternum!. If the pain becomes unbearable, you can take something such as Motrin or Ibuprofen and use a heating pad!. The pain should subside in a few days to a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont worry i used to always get that its just like an air bubble that causes a sharp pain in your chest what i would do is sit up and breath in really hard even if it hurts what it does is it pops it!.!.!.i think and you feel much better afterwards byeeeWww@Answer-Health@Com
