at the first sign of a cold do 'body brushing' which gets your lymphatic system going, then eat garlic soup!. Take vitamin C !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A common cold is an virus which as been picked up by bacteria!. You will have touched something infected, such as someones hand who has sneezed on it, or an object that is infected and then not washed your hands!. You cannot get rid of a common cold, but you can get rid of it quicker if you get plenty of rest, water, and fruit!. Anitibiotics does not help, but to relief your symptoms, then take paracetemol!.

you can't get rid of a cold its a virus!. the only thing you can do is take otc (over the counter) meds or prescription if you went to the doctor to suppress some of the syptoms such as coughing, runny nose, sneezing, body aches, etc and let nature run it's course!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cant get rid of the cold itself, its a virus, you can help it on its way by upping your immunity by eating healthily but alleviate the symptoms by taking pain killers, hot drinks, sleepingWww@Answer-Health@Com

No cold cure!. Drink lots of liquid, paracetamol for the pain, lemsips, nasal sprays and lots and lots of tissues!. And if your a man, you'd better go and see your doc cos you've got flu!Www@Answer-Health@Com
