I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE CATS!.!.!.but im alergic to them and i can stay in a room with one for about 10 mins before my eyes are red and im sneezing!. is there any drug or precedure to remove the alergy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seth: Allergy is a chronic condition!. That means it can be controlled but not cured!. It is caused by a defect in the immune system!. Your body does not correctly identify the protein Fel d1 that is found in the saliva, urine, and glands of cats!. When your body is exposed to that normally harmless protein it thinks it is an evil enemy invading germ that has set out to destroy your body!. You have a specific human immunoglobulin E (IgE) that is turned on to that protein!. So, every time you encounter it the IgE causes the mast cells in your blood to produce histamine and the histamine is what is causing the problems with your eyes and the sneezing!. There isn't really much you can do to fix that defect in your immune system!.
What you can do it to attack the Fel d1 protein so that it does not cause you a problem!. All protein can be denatured (neutralized or restructured) with high heat, acid, or alkalis!. It is not practical to subject the cat to extreme temp (you want to play with it and love it!.!.!.!.not eat it for dinner) but you can use some plant based acids and alkalis to denature that protein!.
There is a product called Allerpet/C that you rub weekly on the cat to get rid of the protein on the cat!. There is another company that makes two sprays one has tannic acid and the other does not!. You can use either of these sprays (ADS or ADMS) to denature the protein that has collected on the carpets, furniture, and other fiberous materials in the house!.
I am going to give you 3 links!. The first is that Allerpet company, the second is the guys that make the spray, and the third is one that takes you step by step on how to deal with cat allergy without getting rid of the cat!. You might want to try this stuff out on a friend's cat before you get your own cat to see how it works for you!. there is a thing that can slowly immunise you to cats!. I am ellergic to cats too and i suggest go to an allergist!. they will help you!.
