About a year and a half ago I started feeling pain in my lower back!. To make a long story short the specialists told me it was my SI joint!. I have had 4 injections in my si joint and facet joints!. Now I'm having troubles with my hip on the same side as the si joint pain!. One of my doctors had x rays done of my hips and pelvis!. I have degenerative arthritis in my pubic bone and the cartilage is gone !. My doctors just want me to have injections and take medications!. My question is what causes these kind of problems!. I'm not over weight, I have never had children, and I am 28 years old!. Walking, sitting or even laying down too long irritates it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if have the same thing!. My leg at the calf started to be painful, like having a cramp!. Then it moved toward my hip!. Now when walk long distances my hip becomes numb and painful!. The doctor said it is the Sciatica nerve pinching at my lower back!. He only suggested loosing weight and exercising with stretching!. There is no way to fix it without taking pressure off your spine that is pinching a nerve to one side!. Like your spine is bent sideways!. I thought the next step is see a back doctor!. I think myself having my long commutes to work I am sitting sideways so can sleep!. Guess that is not good for my back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
