Question: Help please, acne!?!?!?
Hi everyone, i kind of have a problem, all over my shoulders i have acne, and i have gone to my dermotoligist but everything he gives me doesnt work, i dont know what to use i need help!?

I have had this problem this summer--I used Neutrogena acne scrub on my back and Proactive--but it didnt seem to work!. Finally I found something-believe it or not-Caress (Tahitian Renewal)-body wash-it has beads in it and my back has never looked better!. I know it is such a pain and you feel like you cant wear anything that shows your back--try it and I think you will agree--it is awesome and costs about $3!.57 for a big bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Acne is caused when dirt gets into your skin and gets infected!. If it is acne, wash your shoulders with a gentle scrub, morning and afternoon!. If it is not acne (I don't think it is, that means that what you are eating is junk food!. In junk food there are toxins, and when toxins build up in your body, the liver can not cleanse the body, and the toxins enter you blood steam!.Your body then deposits them on areas that are visible, to tell you that something is wrong!. You should not eat any junk food at all, and eat everything that is green (not green m&m's though :)!. There are also tablets called chllorella!. Okay well maybe this is just an infection!. Does is hurt!? Itch!? Any symptoms at all!? Im not a expert at this or anything!. I dont think it has anythign to do with showering!.
