Soft Kidney Stone?!
Question: Soft Kidney Stone!?
I'm not sure if it's even possible!. Last night, around 10:30 PM, I was rushed to the ER!. Severe pain in my right flank, also inside my lady parts rose and nearly caused me to faint!. I was in the hospital for five hours, and I learned that it was a Kidney Stone!. So and so, I get my grid and jar, go home, with the directions to drink a lot of water!. A LOT!. So, I do, and I push one time, it hurts, as if I was trying to push glass out!. I look and there is this odd little shape, not sure if it was the stone or not, but it was kind of squishy {I really didn't want to touch it}!. It had a milky color, and ever since, when I pushed, it didn't hurt!. But I don't know if it's the stone!. Is it possible for a kidney stone to not actually be stone hard!?

Answers:
The most common type of kidney stones are calcium stones (calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate), so those are pretty hard -- after all, calcium is what makes our bones hard!.
However, there are other types of kidney stones:
