Question: Can a Hepatitis virus be found in a general blood test!?!?!?
Can the doctor find out if one has a Hep virus through a blood check up!?!? (in the blood test they checked my liver)

Question #1: A "general" blood test would be a blood chemistry/metabolic panel and this doesn't test for something as specific as hepatitis!.
Question #2: It would depend on the test ordered!. If a liver panel was included in the order, it might show elevated liver enzymes but this still isn't a test for hepatitis!. It's a test to evaluate liver function!.

However, 85% of Hep C cases are the chronic type where you have it forever, there is no cure!. Many people do not need treatment for their Hep C, and can live a normal life!.
