Chris, there are two things that help get rid of zits!.
The first thing you can do is to keep your face and any affected area clean!. You need to wash off the excess oils, often, not just once a day!. When you shower in the morning and your hands are clean and your face is still wet, use the pads of your hands to scrub your face!. Be gentle, you don't want to rip the skin off so be gentle!. Then several times a day use a clean wash cloth fresh out of the laundry and wet it with hot water!. Then apply it to your face for a minute or two!. It opens the pores of your shin and then you can wash off the oils, but you have to was gently!. It also helps to keep them from getting plugged with dirt and oils!.
The other big thing you need to do is to stop eating chips and other junk foods that are oily!. Stop putting it into your body and you don't have so much of it coming out!.
Also, just so you know, stress is another big cause of pimples!. So try to chill!. Just know there are going to be hundreds of kids just like you with zits their first day!. You can help them when you explain to them how you got rid of yours!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start buy buying oxy pads which wipe all the oils from your face!. I had the same problem so My mom took me 2 a dermatoligists and he gave me a prescription for acne and gave me creme which cleared my face within the 1st two days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
wash your face right after you run for starters!. Noxzema pads work really well!. I used to use stridex pads but noxzema works better for me for some reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
rosewater cleanses your face, and since its natural!.!.!.it has no side effects!. try rubbing sqeezed lemon peels and wash em after 5 minutes!.
