Question: Blood test - really scared of needles!?!? Tips!?
I am terrified of needles, especially blood tests!. I know its silly, and i have loads done in the past, but i just can't get over my fear!. Despite being 21 I cry like a child and make a fuss, i've had to be restrained by two nurses before!
I have a blood test in a few hours when they will be taking four vials!.
Do you have any tips as to how i can handle it!? My mum is coming with me but she thinks my phobia is silly!.
