Bio-oil doesn't work, it might do if you use it for years but i only used it for a month or two and i got bored with it being so oily and it did nothing!.
Freederm is for spots not scars so no, but it works ok on spots!.
If you eat healthy, and drink water and don't eat chocolate, or sweet things then i'm pretty sure that would help!. Um I've been trying loads of different things and most of them have done just about nothing but I think the best thing is to eat healthy!. And you could try buying natural healing creams, that will help xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

** One of the things I've found to work, on any scar, is Vitamin E, and A!. Not the creams, but the actually Vit!. E and A capsules!. You can get them and the health food store, or Drug store!. They come in a bottle, to take internally, they are clear oil filled capsules!. Get a sharp knife, poke a hole in it, mix the too together and apply it to the scar!. It won't happen overnight, but do this every day before bed, and after a couple months you should see quite an improvement!.**Www@Answer-Health@Com
