Question: What should i do, my fingers are always frozen!?

evry time it gets rly cold, my fingers get freezing and tehy loose blood circulation and turn white and feel numb, how can i stop this from happenin, (gloves dont help that much)Www@Answer-Health@Com

might be time to check with a dr!. loosing circulation in your fingers is never good!. massaging them should help some with the circulation!.

If you smoke tobacco you should cut back or if possible stop, poor blood flow will do this to your fingers and toes!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
