I don't know what happened to me, it was scary! Any suggestions?!

Question: I don't know what happened to me, it was scary! Any suggestions!?
Something very scary happened me this morning!. I was asleep, alone in bed and all of a sudden I felt as though I was being squashed!. Like something was crushing my chest!. I couldn't breathe and felt a strange buzzing energy around me!. The scariest thing was I couldn't wake myself up!. I could feel myself being squashed and it was a if my own will to wake up wasn't working!. I felt as if I was sinking into a point where I couldn't breathe!. This was very scary!. I have done my best to describe exactly what happened and I hope someone has any idea of what this was!?
P!.S!. I am a healthy 22 year old
Many thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

this has happeneed to me once before and it scared me to death!.!.!. I recently found out what it was in my psychology class!.!.!.!. when you are sleeping, you body becomes "paralyzied" so you dont act out your dreams!.!.!.the only time you move is when a dream is over (the end of your REM sleep)!. That is when you flip over, twist, turn or try to get into another comfy position!. You must have tried to wake up during a REM cycle!. This is what my psychology professor said during lecture on day!. It doesnt happen that often because your body tries to prevent it!. You were stuck between waking up and dreaming!.!.!.dont worry!.!.!.!.it happens sometimes!. If you want more information, try to Google "sleep patterns"!. It was in my psychology book under sleep patterns as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be Sleep Paralysis Disorder - The (Hormones!?) that paralyzes you as you fall asleep so you won't move in your sleep (to avoid damaging yourself) might have been left when you woke up, but for you it might have felt like you still were sleeping!. I've experienced this too, it might be very scary - But it actually doesn't physically harm you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First see a chiropractor you may have had a serious muscle spasm in the front chest muscles!. Then see a doc to make sure your heart is ok!.
If the above doesn't help consider a mental health specialist you may be reacting to unrecognized stress and need some support!.
Also check for things in the environment that may be affecting you with electromagnetic energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard of something called sleep paralyzation, sounds like what you've got!. When you are asleep your brain goes into a zone that semi paralyzes you so you cant jostle around a ton while your dreaming, this sleep paralyzation occurs when you are just barely waking up but that part of your brain hasn't fully disengaged yet!. It is totally harmless from what I understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
