What is the proper way of getting rid of used insulin syringes ?!

Put the cap back on the syringe, break the tube in half and put it inside a container you can seal with duct tape or packing tape!. With a permanent marker, write the word "SHARPS" on the outside and put it in the container with the rest of your garbage!. Make sure you mark the container with that word!. Legally, you have to if you dispose of them in regular trash!. In some places you can take them to your local health department (packaged up the same way) and ask them to dispose of them!. NEVER EVER EVER throw a used syringe in the garbage by itself!. You are also legally supposed to do this with your lancets--but you don't have to do it with your test strips!.

I keep a small coffee can in my bathroom for used lancets strips and syringes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take an empty milk jug and put your used syringes in it!. You can also put your lancets in there!. Keep it out of reach of children!. When it is full; put the cap back on and seal it with tape!. Then throw it away!. That's what I do!.
