but what to do if blood sugar is too high (say 155)!.!.!.(ideally would be 90-130!.!.!.take another pill!? drink more water!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't take another pill!.!.!.!.155mg/dl is not so high, especially within 2 - 3 hours after eating!.!.!.!.If you engage in some exercise that will help bring your blood sugar back to what is considered normal for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your bloodsugar is low!.
Take 1-2 glucose tablets
Have a SIP of orange juice, apple juice, soda!.
Suck on a mint, or a lifesaver
If your bloodsugar is high!.
Bolus for it (if your on insulin)
Drink water
Go for a jog
Do jumping jacks

if it is lower than 70 the only thing you can do is giving sugar
either dissolved on water or chewing it or soak it in cotton and squeeze it under tongue if he or she comatose
