Answers:
Coughing and swallowing mucous can cause a stomach ache, vomiting, and sore throat!. Congestion and dehydration can cause dizziness and headaches!. The only really concerning thing is the red/brown vomit!. Did you eat anything that was that color!? Did it look like blood (was it clotted)!? If you think if was blood, please see your doctor ASAP!.

Astelin is for allergies, not colds, which are infections!. Astelin supresses your immune system and could be making your cold worse!.

Edit: To tiff (below): Antibiotics should never be given for a cold or any virus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have a virus, most likely a stomach virus!. i would go see a dr and get some antibiotics

oh and somethign like that is prorbaly spreading so my idea is that you caught it from someone else and so on and so on, try to firgue out who you know who was recently sick becuase sometimes you dont get the systems for a few daysWww@Answer-Health@Com
