I am 66 and have high blood pressure, take medicines, eat light,smoke 6 cigarretes per day(reduced from 30), and have constpation!. i have to take cascara sagrada almost twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a paramedic!. And cold/flu will not affect your BP!. Keep on the BP med and take something for the cold!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
