Do you think this was a good thing to do?!

Question: Do you think this was a good thing to do!?
A little boy I don't really know (I know him through a friend who lost a child to cancer, and she constantly updates her friends on how her family is doing and how others she has met on her journey are doing) well he is losing his battle and will passing on soon!.

He is home now to spend his last days there!. He is holding up pretty good but it's so difficult and everyone is visiting for the last time type of thing!. He knows what is happening and he is going through various emotions and I can't imagine what his parents must feel!. They are fortunate to have so many friends and strangers too (me one of them!) support them!. I know them from the online world I suppose, but so many stop by to wish the family well!.

Anyhow I named a star after him and sent him a certificate saying the star is named CONNOR THE GREAT, because he truly is a brave and great soul!.

I told him the star is so far away that it might just actually be a planet and wouldn't that be neat!? It's all his and he owns it!. It comes with a certificate and I just wanted him to kind of feel he had someplace out there that was his and that maybe his parents would think of it as a tribute to him always, a light always shining in the heavens!.

Do you think they will take it that way and remember it as a good thing!? I'm hoping they will!. He is just 12 years old and the cutest thing!.

I guess I feel blessed that my son beat this terrible monster and I hope it will never return!. I can't help but feel connected to every other parent and child who suffers with this battle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did one of the most amazing things to remember this child by!. I wish I had thought of it before I lost my best friend last week but maybe it is not too late!. You have a heart of gold and you are truly an angel on earth!. This star should be a reminder to family to family and friends that when he passes he goes to that star in heaven and is shining down on them!. Congratulations to your son on beating this monster!. I will be celebrating a year in remission from the apl form of aml leukemia on August 4th!. Please keep me informed on this child's condition and your son's as well!.I will be praying for him and your family as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
