Question: What's wrong with me (Medically)!?

I'm 14 and slightly overweight!. I have man boobs, but one of them feels like it has a sunburn INSIDE it!. Like a stinging feeling!. It's been like this for months, and has recently started to hurt worse!. I'm going to the doctors soon, but I would like to know if it is anything right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
