Question: Are your sinuses affected by the weather!?
Whenever it is overcast and heavy I seem to get pressure in my sinuses and my ears feel blocked and I get a post nasal drip!. Does anyone else suffer with this!? No 'Go and see the Dr!. replies p l e a s e!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes definitley!. Im not exactly sure the "scientific" reason or whatever ut mine are doing the exact same thing!. Makes it hard to breathe when you can't breathe out of your nose huh! I would suggest a humidifier or putting a cold washcloth towards the top of your nose/forehead and see if that helps sometimes it can relieve the pressure!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah!.!.!.!.its often the humidity that brings it on!. i do feel that Beconase Nasal Spary helps, and i also take a Syndol tablet, which are actually for tension headaches!.!.!.!.and do seem to ease sinus pain!.!.!.!.though, they do have a tendency to make you feel sleepy, so I only usually take one, but take two before bedtime!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have sinus!. and it is really annoying!. i only get it when either it is a hot day, or before i go to sleep!. keep using the nasal spray!. try keeping the windows open!. and make sure your room is nice and cool!. and not stuffy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
