Question: Anyone with a heart would help me please!.
PLEASE THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT 2 ME!!!
ok i really need to get fine fast!. you know for school and everything!so my questions is!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

1)what should i do to get my thighs thicker!.!.!.!.!.!.is there stuff u can eat for that or just exercises if so what!?

2)how many squats shoulD i do a day to get my legs toned in 2 weeks

3)does crunches really make your stomach flat if not what does
and!.!.!.

4)how many crunches SHould i do a day to get my tummy flat in 2 weeks!?

Answers:
1 You can start by doing lunges and squats, better yet if you get a Gym membership you can just do everything there because all the equipment you will need will be right there for you!!.!.!.!.!.!.As far as eating, lots of chicken,lol not (fried) turkey is good for you and fish, there are high in protein which is needed for building muscle Eat lots of dark leafy green veggies, No more sodas, candy,white starches, enjoy brown rice instead, and no eating after 6:45 or 7pm The closer you eat to bed time is when you begin to gain weight back!.

#2 I would start you out with 5 sets of 15 squats WARNING the more you do the following day may be hard for you to walk so start off slow if you feel the need to do so, If you can go to a place where they have bleachers you can run up and down those in sets as well!.

#3 Crunches will define the muscle around your stomach area!.

#4 I don't think 2 weeks will make a difference, more time may be needed, DON'T KILL YOURSELF!!! remember you will be doing lots of cardio so that will melt off those unwanted pounds!.

Avoid high in sugar foods and ddrinks! Water will help majorly!


Get a good Cardio work out every day for atleast 40 min!.

Eat healthy!! Don't try to starve yourself!.

And most of all, accept that you won't get a flat stomach and toned legs in 2 weeks!.
