Why is elbow skin all wrinkly but knee skin isn't!

Question: Why is elbow skin all wrinkly but knee skin isn't
Both knees and elbows have to allow for stretching but why do elbows get the weird skin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your elbow is simply the end of your arm bones and contains joints!. Knees are consolidated with a kneecap, or patella, which the skin stretches over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I researched this and could not find the answer!. My best guess would be that your knees contain "bursa" which are fluid filled sacs that help hold the bones in place!. Perhaps this fluid acts like fat in helping to smooth out the wrinkles that would otherwise appear in your knees!.

Good question! Www@Answer-Health@Com
