Manny: The key to controlling allergies is reducing your exposure to the things to which you are allergic!. Have you been tested to find out what substances cause you an allergic reaction!? If so, then your doctor should have counseled you on the proper avoidance techniques!. For example, if you are allergic to pollen you stay inside and keep doors and windows closed!. You keep pets inside too cause they carry pollen on their fur!. If you are outside then as soon as you come in you shower, wash your hair, and change clothes!. If you are allergic to dust mites then you encase your mattresses in special covers and wash in this de-mite stuff!. I am sorry you are miserable and you might think of going to the doctor!. The headache and sore throat are NOT symptoms of allergy but sounds like you might be catching a cold!. I'm going to give you some links to read about allergies, an article that helps you tell the difference between a cold and allergies, and a link to that de-mite stuff that you wash with!. If you are interested, I also found a great little booklet that talks about living with allergies that you can download for free!. I'll give you that link too because it talks about all kinds of allergies!.
Hope you are feeling better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was nursing, I got a prescription for a steroidal nasal spray!. Beconase AQ or Nasonex is good!. Since it is a nasal spray, it does not get into your whole body!. I read that there was a slight possibility that it could stunt the baby's growth!. He grew 12 inches his first year! I don't think it affected him any!.
With your throat being sore, are you sure it is allergies and not a bad cold!? I had a cold every month when I was nursing my daughter!. Have you checked to see if you have a fever!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
