Impetigo is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococcus!. It is usually treated with Flucloxicillin togather with a topical antibiotic such as Fucidin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
impetigo is caused by broken skin that has got infected, it could be from eczema for example!. so I'm guessing its bacterial, but it can spread i think!.
