How many stools in one day constitute diarrhea in children?!

Question: How many stools in one day constitute diarrhea in children!?
Answers:
It would mainly depend on how often the stools occur regularly, if on a normal day the stools range from 3-4 then 7 would be too much!. And Depending how often the situation lasts!. How young your baby is also should be taken into consideration!. Anything more than a day or two for a newborn baby i'd maybe call the Dr and see if they can offer any advice on how to remedy the situation!. If by chance your baby is old enough for jar food and isn't allergic to most of the foods, i would try bananas!. But like i said you should call your child's dr and discuss this matter, it's actually not that unusual for parents to keep tabs on their child's stools!. And yes the number of stools DOES count!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

has nothing to do with the number, but the definition of diarrhea is the consistancy and the presence of too much water!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That depends on how solid it is!. Diarrhea is generally runny, not solid at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not really the quantity but the consistency of the stool!.
