I remember this happened two times, my brother and my step dad both got Flu shots and 2 times they both got really sick with the flu!. And me and my mom didn't get shots and didn't get sick!.

Yes, you can get the flu from a flu vaccine!. When they give you a vaccine they are putting the virus in your body to help you build up an immunity to the disease!. I know several people who got the flu after getting a flu shot!.
