Red and pink marks from acne scabs??!

Question: Red and pink marks from acne scabs!?!?

I popped alot of zits recently and as a result i got some acne scabs!.!.!.i left them alone but 2-3days later i washed my face and they came off and now theres red and pink marks!.!.!.how long wll they last!?!? should i put anything on them!?!?
