First she must see a doctor who has to do some tests to diagnose it!. If she has HIV/AIDS he will probably refer her to an infectious disease specialist!. In the meantime he will have to report her to the Public Health Department so they can talk to her to find the cause of her infection!. They will also have to track down her sexual contacts and others to try to stop the spread of the disease!. (Sex is still the most common way it is spread and gay/bi-sexual men still account for over half of the cases!.)
