Question: How can I work on my basement while I having allergies!?
Hello!
We just recently moved to a new wonderful place! the problem is that we are carrying a lot of my husband things from many years, these thing have a lot of dust and we placed them in the basement!. I have to organize all these boxes but it happens that every time I have tried to do something my allergies to dust kick in! I can't hardly do anything and all the clutter is psychologically getting to me! please who can help me! I need some advise as how to restrain my allergies! thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing you can do is get one of those masks that people wear when cutting grass!. Im pretty sure you can get them at Home Depot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
what you can do to try making it it aliitle better is wear a mask and take allergie realivers and try to purifie the base ment and iron or vac your husbands clothing that would calm your allergy Www@Answer-Health@Com
just stick some toilet paper up your nose, thats what i always do to avoid going into a sneezing frenzyWww@Answer-Health@Com
hire some kids to help, use Claritin & a mask, and follow up with your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
