First of all: vitamins and minerals in stores are only SUPPLEMNTS, they do not replace the vitamins and nutrients you get from food intake!. If you really hate vegetables, try getting a low fat calorie wise salad dressing to use as a dip!. This has less fat than the normal veggie dips on the market, they add flavour to veggies and fruits but don't go straight to your hips (when used in moderation)!.
Now, for your question!. I had a severe case of pnemonia last winter, and I was told to drink Oil of Oregano!. It is not the best tasting stuff, you can buy it in a little jar with a dropper, you drop a bit of it into water and drink the water!. It helps clear out your lungs, so you can try that!.
The best way to get healthy however is just eating right!. Try eating from all 4 food groups every day, drink plenty of water, and also exercise!. The heavy deep breathing that occurs throughout exercise is a great way to get oxygen to your lungs and can help clear out the toxins that you got from smoking!.
