Blood in urine after visiting doctor?!

yesterday morning i went to my doctor because of sharp pains i was experiencing in my right side/back!. he examined me and did a urinalysis which came back clean!. so he sent me on my way, last night i had urine that was a very dark yellow with what appeared to be blood in it!. and i felt a lot of pressure on my bladder!. since then my pain has decreased dramatically but i am still experiencing some minor pain and i have had clear urine ever since!.!.!.should i still be conserned and since it hasnt happened since should i let my doctor know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
