Yes you can quit!.but you have to make up your mind that it is what you want to do !.I smoked for 30 yrs and did not quit until a spot was found on my lungs!.the night before surgery I decided that I did not want to have another part of my body removed my last cigarett was 11:45pm Aug 13,1997!.it is not easy but for your health and the health of others you can do it!.I smell so much betterand is cancer free but have other breathing problems related to smokingWww@Answer-Health@Com
