Answers:
In reactive hypoglycemia, symptoms appear within 4 hours after you eat a meal!.

Diagnosis
To diagnose reactive hypoglycemia, your doctor may

test your blood glucose while you are having symptoms (The doctor will take a blood sample from your arm and send it to a laboratory for analysis!. A personal blood glucose monitor cannot be used to diagnose reactive hypoglycemia!.)

check to see whether your symptoms ease after your blood glucose returns to 70 or above (after eating or drinking)
A blood glucose level of less than 70 mg/dL at the time of symptoms and relief after eating will confirm the diagnosis!.

Fasting Hypoglycemia
Diagnosis
Fasting hypoglycemia is diagnosed from a blood sample that shows a blood glucose level of less than 50 mg/dL after an overnight fast, between meals, or after exercise!.

Hypoglycaemia is a condition where your blood glucose (blood sugar) levels fall below normal, and it shouldn't occur when you eat something sugary!.

When the levels of blood sugar falls below a certain point, your brain does not get enough sugars and thats why you experience dizziness, tiredness and general feelings of sickness!. You may also feel faint, and this condition is serious!.

What regulates blood sugar levels are enzymes in your pancreas (insulin and glucagon), which automatically detects changes in blood sugar levels and adjusts it so that it is normal!. Since you know that you don't have a tumour, it probably is some imbalances with your pancreas enzymes!. Do check with your doctor and don't be afraid to ask questions!. Thats what doctors are there for!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
