Answers:
It is important that you continue a shoulder exercise program with daily stretching and strengthening!. In general, patients who faithfully comply with the therapies and exercises prescribed by their orthopaedic surgeon and physical therapist will have the best medical outcome after surgery!.

Your orthopaedic surgeon is a medical doctor with extensive training in the diagnosis and nonsurgical and surgical treatment of the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves!.

My husband had shoulder surgery not too long ago!. Not great, but not too bad!. First days are the worst!.

Ask your orthopedic if they would like you to take any homeopathic remedies prior and post surgery!. It's very common to recommend "Arnica Montana" and "Bromelin" to help with the healing process!.

Really work too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'll tell you this!.!.!. My grandmother had a shoulder 'problem' and she put it off and put it off until finally one day she decides the pain has gotten too bad to be ignored and guess what the doctor told her!?

"You waited too long and now there is nothing we can do to correct it!."

No matter what anyone tells you!.!.!. No matter how scared you might be!.!.!. DO NOT postpone the surgery!.!.!.

You are better off going under the knife NOW then to wait and be told that your s!.o!.l!. because you waited!.!.!.

She taught me that no matter what your fears of surgery are, they are NOTHING compared to the possible bad outcome of waiting!.!.!.

Good luck to you!.!.!. Shoulder surgery hurts but they will give you pain medication!.!.!. Just take your recovery VERY slow and you will thank your lucky stars you went for surgery!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
