Hello,
It does seem to be your glabella!. It looks to me as if there is a very smooth curve away from the root of your nose, onto your upper forehead, - - I mean it looks as if this is just the normal shape of your forehead bones in profile, and not a separate lump in the bone!.
If you think you do have a lump in the bone at this point, you might post a picture of you from directly in front, - - it's difficult to be absolutely certain from just one angle!. Although your idea of putting a picture in, was an excellent one!.
Also, if you want the best opinion possible over the internet, you need to tell us if this is how you've always looked, or if it is something new!. If new, - how long!? - any history of injury!? - is it painful!?
