Did some research and found out that Canker sores are ulcers that occur in the soft tissues inside your mouth!. Although they are associated with various nutritional and immunological deficiencies, canker sores are not contagious or sexually transmitted!. Anytime that you have a sore on your mouth you should not preform oral!. You can get an STD from someone anytime that you have an oral sore, you scratched your gums, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
