The effectiveness is the same!. XR is just a time release version of the other!.

One is not "stronger" than the other!. The XR version is just short for "extended release" and means you don't have to take it as often!. You're taking 1500 mg a day; you'd probably need two of the 1000 mg XR tablets, one in the morning and one in the evening!. But - that's something to discuss with your doctor!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
