yes it can "resolve itself" UNLIKE herpes and aids it doesnt hide and your immune system CAN fight it off!. My doctor told me about it!. I also looked it up!. I was diagnosed with HPV about 2 years ago, I had one abnormal pap, and ever SINCE then it has been normal!. HPV, like herpes, is a virus!. You might never have an outbreak or experience warts, but you will always carry the virus!. So no, people that say that aren't ignorant!.!.!.it seems that you might be in denial or misinformed!. You should be trying to find out all the information that you can about this disease since it can have such a deadly affect on you and your life!.
The gaurdasil shot can help prevent HPV, but I dont think it works if you already have HPV!. No one knows what cures they might come up with in the future, but you need to know that there is a difference between cures and treatments!.
