Yes, only because our way of life (eating, pollution, etc!.!.!.) doesn't allow for the general public to live that long!. It's impressive if you make it that long and are still in decent health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
In general, yes, but it depends on the person!. For example, Buster Martin is 101 years old and recently completed the London marathon (he drinks and smokes too)!. I know several people in their 70's who still exercise and have full social lives, while I know others in their 30's who can barely get off the couch!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Honestly, it depends on who you are!. You can be 90 years old and be mentally and physically sharp as a tack!. You can still have a young attitude!. Or you can really be in bad shape and look and feel like you've been created before the earth's dirt!. I don't see "old" in numbers!. I look at the person and think if he or she is old!. My Grandfather, God love him, is 78 and you would never know it!. He doesn't look like a frail old man and he doesn't act like one, so to me, he's as young as I remember!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes it is considered old!. however, i do know for a fact, that you can be 90 or 95 and still live quite the life!.
it all depends on the level of stress and happiness and even nutrition in your life!. i have 2 clients right now, husb and wife, she is 90, looks NOT A DAY OVER 70, amazing, and he is 96 looks, 75!. He drives and cares for 20 acres of his farm land!. they travel, use little meds, !.!.no assistance needed, other than a bit of heavy lifting!. Its amazing!. married 69 years, !.!.!.i asked them what their secret was!.!.!.!.they simply said, !.!.!.they've lived a happy life!.
