Good protective clothing, wrap around hats!. Hats and protective clothing really work the best if you are outdoors a lot!.
You can also try Clear Zinc Solar Sense!. You may be able to get it at Wal Mart or google it for store locations!. It comes in a tube and goes on clear, not as greasy as regular sunscreen!. Don't forget your ears, neck, throat!. You would have to reapply every couple of hours so be sure and take it with you!.
Be sure any sunscreen you get has zinc oxide in it, not all sunscreens are created equal in protecting against long term damage!. Also sunscreen sprays are not as effective as lotion or sunscreen on a stick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
