You have nothing to worry about, the HIV virus which causes AIDS, can only ever be caught from someone who already has it, via bodily- fluid contact, usually blood!.

No you can't infect yourself with AIDS because AIDS is not a disease and is not infectious!. If it were infectious you'd need to have it already before you could infect yourself!.
