Asthma and allergy question ? 10 points help please !!

Question: Asthma and allergy question !? 10 points help please !
Well for a couple weeks now , Probably about maybe even a month in a half , My allergys have been acting up horribly ! All the time I have been sick , I couldn't go anywhere without getting sick ! It was bad , They haven't been like this before or anything !. But starting yesterday Ive started to have that asthma cough !. Like I couldnt laugh without having that or anything !. I would have to keep clearing my throat , Im pretty sure its my asthma but why is it just acting up now !? I was told when I was younger I had a slight case of it , They gave me a inhaler and everything which didnt work very good !. But today it started acting up again , Soon as I woke up continuing all day long !. So one of my friends also has an inhaler and he let me use it and two puffs and all of it went away ! My other inhaler didnt do that !? Do you think I should go get allergy shots to see what im allergic to or not !. And also ask them about a inhaler !. But my asthma doesnt always act up !. Thank you ! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try using a neti pot to irrigate your sinus cavities; i had similar problem and this was recommended to me!. it works great, sounds gross but it's really easy to do!. get a neti pot at walgreens, cvs, and all health food stores carry them, they are about $15!.00 but you use them over and over with a little non-iodized salt to make a mild saline solution with warm water!. lean over the sink and put the spout in one nostril with half the solution then do the other side!. breath thru your mouth while you do this!. when you're done blow your nose really good, you'll be surprised at what comes out!. in the beginning do this two times daily and as your symptoms lessen drop back to once a day!. i know this will help you; you may not even need the inhaler!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Certain allergies can trigger a asthma attack !.Talk to your Doctor and he will more then likely prescribe a inhaler for you to have when you feel as if you are having a touch of asthma!.Better to be safe then sorry!.The doctor may send you to have allergy tests done to see what triggers the asthma!.I really hope that you will not become a bad asthmatic!.It is not to pleasant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get tested for asthma!. the disease could have remained dormant!. probably get an inhaler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

asthma never goes away!.!.that is a very prevalent and very dangerous myth!.!.it goes into remission during which time you may have little or no flares or symptoms of asthma!.!.!.but it can become active at any time!. You need to see your doctor and have pfts ran to see what your asthma is doing now!. Don't use someone elses inhalers!.!.you need your own!.!.and you need a treatment plan specifically tailored to your asthma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
